Ok study plan worked today.
I set a goal, lets say read three chapters and take good notes. I do it then reward myself.
If I have a good book, I will one chapter. Or I will listen to a song or two on the ippie, take a break, walk around etc.
Then set another goal, etc.
I changed locations periodically. Change of scenery is good I found. Thus a successful night of studying so far. Debo ir?
