Good olde weekend in Oregon seeing my friends. Saw Terese and Stebs who I hadn’t seen in over a year. It was bizarre having the majority of us back together. The vibes were the same, just the location and circumstances were different. Thier house is cute and meeting all thier friends was hilarious. Parents, bffs, work friends, etc. Funny to see someone in their environment when you only know them from a specific time period.
We took some walks down memory lane. I saw the infamous leech video and a heap of pictures I didnt know existed.
Overall it was tite.
Spent about 10 hours in the car, so I got quite productive and sorted through a lot of music. Bounce that.
Busy week and then nice lil break.
Hopefully I will see some people at home I havent seen in a while. Hopes.
Vertical Helical Scan, or VHS, is dead. True story, studios are no longer manufacturing them. I wonder how long it will take for DVDs to follow this path.

Slowing down. When you get excited about something it’s easy to start talking faster and faster. Try and slow down. It will make it much easier for people to listen and for you actually get what you are saying across to them.

I randomly have been pondering the early days of the ole intranet.
I remember having a pen pal via the internet back in 4th or 5th grade from Florida. We talked about rollerskating. And I dreamed he was cute.
And does anybody remember looking up random people on AIM? I had a buddy for a couple years in high school. How bizarre have we become. What is next.
So there was a fire last night that filled the sky.
Emily said our apartment smelled like a bonfire. Why did I miss so much excitement?

This week was a week from hell. 6:30 be at the office….school, tests, back to work. Why did I put myself in this position.
Sad thing is. Work is the most fun I have all week. I love these people
Best thing said at work today. I feel horny when I look at the sky. Take random people. Throw them in a house, working side by side for multiple hours. I like it. I think I’ll stay here for a while. I like my little family. Plus I get another raise in december.
I miss Coachella. I miss Oaxaca.

Ready for a mini-roadtrip, although solo, this weekend. Good drives with my music. I’ll enjoy it. Hopefully the weather will behave for the drive. I miss my Oaxacan amigos. This is the first time we will all chillax together since we were there. A year ago, I would have been having the best times of college for sure. Like a child….

My afternoon lab was cancelled today. I was in tears. Actually I was quite disappointed. I swear winds may have been gusting past 50mph. Maybe more. How fun is that. Honestly. This earth/weather stuff is awesome. I was in Bond hall from 11-1 today staring outside at red square and during this time I saw both a rain jacket and an umbrella fly by in a tornado of leaves. Ahhh. Refreshing.
I love it when you are walking in a group of people towards some building or whatever maybe and a huge gust of wind and/or rain comes and everyone has be brace themselves, slow down and there always is some interaction whether it be smiles, laughs or a comment between random people. It makes my day. Thanks to my anonymous friends of the day.
Work at 6:30 today. Longness. Went out past the refinery, which P.S. is the trippppiest little city I have ever seen in my life after sundown. got home 8ish. Me sleepy.

Actually to get quite personal I had a very self satisfying day. Intrigued?
Its not that exciting. But I got an A on my spanish. Test. School has been frustrating. Lack of interest. No motivation…im sure all you seniors understand, but this is your LAST year, I however have two more. But anyways, the A makes things a little easier come finals time. Less stress, etc.
Totally got out of work today. Going to the store to buy a pack of ciggiiiiies cuz I have an awfully dreadful headache. ACK. And then going for my first run in 166 days. Hope my lungs work like new!
