What a thrilling weekend! Yeah! Friday I woke up at noon and slept through my first, and only, class of the day. Missed work too. Oh wells, I deserved some extra sleep. Damn insomnia gave me a hard time last week for no apparent reason. Figures. Friday was a romantic evening spent with my boo. We had a chill night. Went to the Beaver and played some air hockey. I won both games, obviously. I think she just batted her eyes at me. Had a drink together and then headed back to my pad and
watched TITANIC!!! Don’t even start with the jealousy. I don’t have time for it. Then we fell asleep listening to the soundtrack. Hardcore motherfuckers. Woke up midday and went and made a killer breakfast and listened to some new Shins. I haven’t listened to an entire album in a long time. As I was reminded this weekend, I get really neurotic and forward-button happy. It’s just my thing. Detailed my apartment and washed clothes in the apt and then drove down to Seattle. I wankered out and bought ciggies on the way down. Such a failure. I’m still trying though…chugachugachuga.

Met up with Josh at his place and got “ready.” I had a very euphoric night to say the least. We drove up to Chop Suey and entered ‘da club.’ Hot damn that is a sexy place. There was a big dragon on the ceiling. And balls that lit up and shit. Girl Talk didn’t come on till 12:30, so we got semi-bored waiting for almost 3 hours, so we drove back to the U District and had some more fun time and raced back just in time for the second act. They were quite the funky timerz with a slice of latin bump bump. Got us going for a bit. Girl Talk was a very unique experiencia. I don’t do this often so it was a treat. Hipsters galore, but in a good way. Laptop and all, GT came out, set up a bit. Then left and came back with a costume change. Total player. Played for an hour and a half approx. Did some crowd surfing and decent crowd interaction. Josh’s head was shoved into the microphone for screaming and I got to grind all up on/in his rear. Oh. We made it to the stage towards the end and got his juices all over us. He took his sweats off and I walked out of the club with them. Kind of unsanitary and creepy stalkerish, but its a fun souvenier I suppose. Highlights was hearing the Rick Ross ‘Hustlin’ laid over some Daft Punk. Which you can hear after about thirty second in this mofo video. Some ‘Bossy,’ ‘Ghetto Superstar’ and Kansas were neat as well. Can’t wait to see him and his sex again at Coachella. Had breakfast in Bellevue with Mickey and headed back to Bham to resume the studies. Picked Mel up at work. She now works the ValVillage on Meridian and I got some sweet deals there. 50% off is pretty nice. Four belts, three shorts, 6 or 7 shirts and some art supplies. Golden.

Wow Bellingham. Way to pull in some prime acts. I’ve seen Los Amigos Invisibles and Lyrics Born, both last year at Coachella. Pretty tubular. I have a lot on my plate currently. Freaking out a tad. My sleep schedule is really out of line and is affecting my thinking and all. Need to work on that. Hmmm. I deactivated my facebook account today. Myspace might follow soon. It is pointless. I don’t actually really use it for communication purposes and if I really want to speak with that person, I have email or my celly. It guess those are two less things to check everyday and I can focus more on blogging!
